has anyone else had a bad experience with the formula similac isomil advanced?
my daughter was extremely gassy, i just had to switch her to nestle good start with comfort proteins. i thought that soy was supposed to help the gassiness?
soy doesn't always help. 90 some percent of the babies who are intollerent to milk are also intolerent to soy. My guess is you should also have your baby be checked for reflux disease, and I would go for a hypoallergenic formula like alimentum... if that doesn't work there are 2 prescription formulas ellecare and neocate. My son couldn't even tolerate the alimentium and ended up on the ellecare, but it worked wonders for him * he had severe reflux and had 15 hospital stays from reflux, and respiratory problems*......
U should find a gi specialist asap for your baby..
